This Technical Specification specifies a qualitative method of thermodesorption – gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (TD-GC-MS) for the identification of volatile components in rubber fumes, after trapping on a solid sorbent based on 2,6-diphenylphenylene-oxide polymer resin.
